Shannon Martin is a community member turned clinical professional — not an outsider designing programs from a distance. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, Certified Medical Doula, Registered Audiometrist, Certified Holistic Practitioner, and AHA-Certified BLS Instructor, she brings clinical credibility to every community touchpoint.

GuudSeed was born from the belief that your zip code should not determine your health outcomes. Shannon's approach combines the warmth of a trusted neighborhood nurse with the strategic rigor of a mission-driven leader. She is currently enrolled in the 2026 UCR Nonprofit Leadership Management Program.
